1. Agreement to Terms

2. Subscriptions and Premium Features

Some of our Services are billed on a subscription basis ("Subscriptions") or as a one-time purchase for premium features. You will be billed in advance on a recurring, periodic basis for Subscriptions. For any upgrade to a paid plan, we will automatically charge your payment method on file.

All purchases are final and non-refundable, except at our sole discretion and in accordance with our Refund & Cancellation Policy.

3. User Conduct

You agree not to use the Services for any unlawful purpose or in any way that interrupts, damages, or impairs the service. You are responsible for all content you create or upload while using our Services.

4. Intellectual Property

The Services and their original content, features, and functionality are and will remain the exclusive property of Juggo AI and its licensors. Our trademarks may not be used in connection with any product or service without the prior written consent of Juggo AI.

5. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall Juggo AI, nor its directors, employees, partners, agents, suppliers, or affiliates, be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from your access to or use of or inability to access or use the Service.

6. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of India, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
