Thank you for choosing Juggo AI. We are committed to providing our customers with high-quality digital products and services. Please read this policy carefully.

2. Digital Products and Subscriptions

Due to the nature of digital products and services, all purchases are final. Digital products, premium features, and subscriptions are non-refundable once they have been purchased and activated.

When you purchase a digital product or subscription from us, you get immediate access to it. As such, we cannot offer refunds, exchanges, or cancellations once the purchase is complete. We encourage you to review the features of our applications before making a purchase.

3. Cancellation of Subscriptions

You may cancel your subscription at any time. When you cancel, you will continue to have access to the premium features until the end of your current billing period. No partial or pro-rata refunds will be provided for the remaining period of the subscription.

You can manage or cancel your subscription through the platform where you made the purchase (e.g., Google Play Store).

4. Exceptional Circumstances

Refunds will only be considered in exceptional circumstances, such as a billing error on our part or if the service is proven to be non-functional. All such requests will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis and are at the sole discretion of Juggo AI. To request a refund under these circumstances, you must contact our support team within 7 days of the purchase date.
